Exhibitors' booths at Plant Canada 2011
Based on the registration so far we
anticipate Plant Canada 2001 will have 400 to 500 primary
participants.
There are two options with respect
to display areas at the Plant Canada meeting.
The first area is in the
Loyola
Hall where the poster contributions are going to be situated for the
meeting.
In this area we have large display
areas (8' x 12') that are available.
The cost for these booth spaces in
Loyola Hall will be $500. There is also the option of setting up a
booth in a commons area outside of the Loyola Hall.
The fee for setting up a booth in
this area will be $350.

The booth space is being allocated
on a first come, first serve basis.
We
can not accept credit card for paying for the booth but we can
invoice you for the above cost and confirm your booth registration.

Please
note that the above fees do not include registration costs for the
meeting (those attending a booth will still be required to register
for the meeting).
The two areas will be busy on
Sunday afternoon (July17), all Monday (July 18), all Wednesday (July
20) and Thursday morning (July 21).
Tuesday is being allocated as a day
for excursions (tours) and a barbeque at the NSAC.
